once again i am coming to you live (well maybe not live) from the nashville library. yesterday was pretty fun. lets see what happened. hung around in the lobby somemore meeting all kinds of people. then was going to get supper at about 6:10 so i went to the subway i saw before. closed at 5, looked down the street saw a quiznos, closed at 6, looked down the street and saw another subway closed at six so i gave up and didn't eat supper. went to the hotel room for a while then went to a concert i heard was good.it stunk bad, not like "oh they have talent but i don't like their style" kind of stink but the "they can't even play a chord or sing or hit the drums on the beat" kind of stink. so i came back to the hotel and went to the late night show case featuring strange celebrity, dakona, robert randolf and the family band, and downhere the whole thing was hosted by souljahz. first souljahz did a song which was great then strange celebrity did a few songs and i had to go eat i was so hungry i hadn't eaten anything really since my ceral for breakfast. so i went up to the room and convinced my parents to take me to somewhere that didn't close at 5 or 6 (cause it was a little after 10) and the jonathon said he would drive so we went to mickey dee's and got some food then he just drove around for a while and i was like "hey i wanna go back to the concert" and he didn't care so when we finally got back i had missed everybody but downhere, they were pretty good. then i went and played some ps2 till about 1 and went to bed. so tonight i don't know what to do one showcase is reliant k and grits and sandtown hosted by tobymac and another is superchic[k] doing their first ever acoustic set ever in history. and there are someother ones too that i want to see... grrr why are thy putting all the good people playing at the same time in two different places???? why i ask you...why...grrrr. i'll ask matt (from superchic[k]) and see if he knows why.well time to go eat.
take care
In God's Hands,
thomas kvamme
