so saturday was the ski trip to afton alps. i had been to afton alps
two years ago with salem, so i knew where all the cool runs are. it was
a pretty good day, it didn't look like it was going to be to great, it
was warm and rainy. but it was good. the snow stayed nice. the only
thing was we got really wet, but it was not to cold so it didn't matter
to much
towards the end of the night (like 8:30 or 9 or so) my skis started
going haywire... i was going off jumps and my left ski just fell off
when i was in mid air... that is not a recipe for success. then it
happened again. no one beleived me that my skis were just falling off.
they thought i was just falling. then later my right ski jeft fell off
while i was going down the hill. (i think i was turning to a stop) and
maggie and olga saw it. that me made me feel better. people beleive me
now. (courtney probably won't beleive me)
the day was by far a very fun day
sunday i was sore. my right bicep (from pushing when i was on the flat
parts) and my "right here" muscle in my legs hurts. thats what i call
it because i don't know what it is called so i point to it (right above
my knees in the back/inside) and say "my right here muscle hurts"
but that only really hurts when i am climbing on the ocho balcony. a little other times but then it hurts really bad
thats my news from here for now, because i said so.
how do you like that sentence all 5 w's answered in it

ReplyDeleteIt always makes me feel good to get 100 points.
ReplyDeleteDid you drop...hmmm....this is hard because I did not have any idea what you were taking in the first place.
Indian Studies? (I'm not sure why you would take that...but, oh well.)
I'm taking Indian Studies this semester, and that would be the class that I would drop if I had a choice.
Have a great week!
There were just all sorts of weird things happening on this skiing outing. Crazy. Andy
ReplyDeleteintro to communications? i hurt too. my arms are bruised. and my legs. i was going to guess that, but i didn't. sorry, thomas. can i have points for being a duncan? emily
ReplyDeletesalem owns the coolest kids ever. your "right here" thing reminds me of chem class. we have number problems and letter problems. liiike number seven part c. so i'm always like "hey person, what'd you get for number c?" and everyone disses me. i don't even mean to. and that was the lamest most pointless story ever. but. welcome to my chem class. so much is heard about this balcony that i want to meet it. way to give so much credit and be so confident in sam. he isn't all that cool. i'll just let sam get it right. even though i surely know it. wiz.
ReplyDeleteoh yeah, that was about me. i don't believe anything you say. why would i? you have never earned my believing. you're always tricking me and spilling the beans. ahem. one specific time.
ReplyDeletethomas, I didn' t know you went skiing. I didn't know you could ski. I know that you dropped a class at 8 and that it had to do with the Bible and a girl was in it and saved you a seat, but you never told me the class. and I hate that red button, sometimes when I am bored I wonder if I really did get to the end and it bothers me but I don't really want to find out. bleh
